Double Chain Tutorial

The Double chain is a repetitive chain design with ancient origins, known throughout time and geography by many different names, such as the Two-on-Two and Roman chain. This brief tutorial will help to illustrate the assemble sequence of this age-old chain.

The example image at left is an 8-inch Double chain bracelet, crafted by assembling 104 jump rings composed of 16-gauge bronze wire, finished with a forged s-clasp and two 14-gauge catch rings.
